Model: What are you willing to die for?
You should know the answer to:
- What are you willing to die for?
- What are you willing to get fired for?
- What are you willing to fail for?
- What are you willing to be humiliated for?
Great leaders can answer that question.
And if the answer is "nothing" that is a problem.
